Reporting to the President of BASF Canada, the Business/Marketing Intern will support the BASF Market and Customer Development team to identify, qualify and connect with key customers in strategic Canadian markets. Main responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Identifying Business Development opportunities for BASF in strategic markets in Canada through developing customer and competitor profiles.
• Identifying Business Development opportunities for BASF in strategic markets in Canada through developing customer and competitor profiles.
• Working with other members of Market and Customer Development team to develop sales report on various BASF end markets
• • Strong interpersonal and networking aptitudes

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and social media applications
  • Knowledge of PRISMA or other SAP based reporting tools an assetSupporting the MCD members in developing the MCD team intranet webpage including developing contents for the page.
    The successful candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering or Buisness, preferably with three years of completed study. Additionally, you will possess the following:
